Capitalists awaiting negotiations with Greece while FTSE looking forward to BOE’s next move.
LONDON- Investors expected tidings from Greece as European stocks went up slightly. However the FTSE 100 index unwaveringly anticipated for the Bank of England’s decision to step-up its asset purchase program for another GBP50 billion.
At 1215 GMT, the FTSE 100 index climbed up a notch to 5886.68, a 0.2% increase only to be pulled back after the Bank of England stated its intention to retain its main rate as well as maximizing its bond buying facility to GBP325 billion.

Cricket ties remain on hold but bitter neighbours India and Pakistan will resume their soccer rivalry next month with a series of three international friendlies in England, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) said on Monday.
“Playing Pakistan is always special,” AIFF president Praful Patel said in a statement.

Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final goes tonight and if the Bruins werent desperate before, they better be now. Down 0-2 in the series, Boston needs to get a win tonight to get back in the series and have a chance; an 0-3 hole to this Vancouver team is all but a death sentence. They did put 2 goals behind Luongo in Game 2, with one of them being with the man advantage. Bruins fans are hoping that it is the start of something good on a power play that has been brutal all playoffs because they will need a few in those spots to compete with this Vancouver team.
Vancouver has been a great road team in these playoffs having won four of their last five away from home and wont be phased by the hostile environment.
